Mom Yoga

Wednesdays. Aug 2, 9, 16. 10-11am

For Newborns to Almost Crawlers

Offered as a Workshop Series.

Minimum Registration Deadline: July 28th. Register by phone or at the desk.

A great class to get you out and about with your pre-crawling little one! Enjoy taking the time to stretch and release the tension from your new mom body. Particular attention is given to each mom’s healing and energy, to ensure your experience is positive and useful for your day-to-day. Babies will join us for some of the poses.

Yoga for Anxiety

Wednesdays. August 2, 9, 16, 23, 5:45-7:00 pm

Offered as a Workshop Series.

Minimum Registration Deadline: July 28th. Register by phone or at the desk.

Discover how yoga can be a support in the experience of anxiety. We will explore mindfulness practices through gentle yoga and breathing practices that will calm the mind and body. Participants will complete the workshop with practices that can be integrated into daily life, at work and at home. No previous experience required.

Yoga for Childbirth

Sunday August 20. 4-6pm

Minimum Registration Deadline: August 16th. Register by phone or at the desk.

This workshop will provide a holistic approach to breathing, toning, partner-assisted yoga postures, supportive massage and meditation practices to help with labour.

Birth partners will learn valuable tools to assist through pregnancy and childbirth. Most importantly, it will be a fun and loving time to bond with each other and your baby and prepare for the birth experience.

Recommended for second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

Yoga Retreat Day

Saturday August 26. 10am-4:30pm

Minimum Registration Deadline: August 24th. Register by phone or at the desk.

This is a rare opportunity to explore the many benefits of yoga mindfully over the course of a full-day.

The workshop will include: body awareness practices, active and restorative yoga poses, guided breathing practices and deep relaxation.

A nourishing vegetarian lunch is included.

Workshop Registration Policies

Please note:

Pre-registration is strongly recommended for workshops.

An administration fee of 10% will be applied to all changes or cancellations.

Students who withdraw one week or more in advance will receive a full credit less the 10% administration fee.

Students who withdraw between a week and 24 hours will receive a 50 % credit.

Students withdrawing less than 24 hours in advance will receive no credit.

Consideration may be given for special circumstances.
