A state of harmony can be experienced when the outer world of form and matter align with our inner perception of self. This state of balance is a constant practice of self-inquiry and self-awakening. Please join us in this workshop to better understand our perception, belief systems, mind conditioning, authentic desires, and higher nature of true self. Using the practices and techniques of Nidra and its wisdom we will explore internal alertness, brain synchronization, and heart coherence. We will explore some gentle yoga movement to open the body/fascia, meditation, creative visualization, and pranayama to facilitate connection to higher states of consciousness.

We tend to be top heavy in our society, especially at this time of year with so many deadlines and a busy holiday season fast approaching. With focus on the neck, shoulders, arms & chest, this experience of exploration will allow you to melt back into your heart and a state of being rather than doing. We begin with breath work and unwinding gentle movements to release physical and emotional tension, providing relaxation and preparation for receiving massage. The bulk of the session will be supported restful poses where you will receive the art of compassionate touch (Thai Massage) from two certified and experienced practitioners. The act of receiving touch helps to warm the heart, deepen the awareness of our bodies, and increase our resilience.
Gift yourself the practice of releasing and receiving.
Open to anyone with a heartbeat. No experience necessary.
Please wear a comfortable long sleeved shirt and long pants (no hoods, belts, or jeans) for your comfort.
