Chakra Intensive, with Lisa Silverstein

Sunday March 4, 5-6:15pm. Monday – Friday March 9. 6:30-7:45am

Registration recommended. Drop-ins welcome.

Join in an exploration of the seven main energy centres in the body. The chakras are organizational centres that receive, assimilate, store and distribute life force energy. Using yoga poses, breath work, meditation and conscious relaxation, we will deepen our experience of the body’s holding patterns and safely encourage a freeing up of blocked energy.

Moving from the root, we will journey upward through the chakras finding new ways to liberate and balance the energies of earth, water, fire, air, sound, light and thought. Bridging the unconscious with conscious and open-hearted attention provides an opportunity for new possibilities and deep healing.

This workshop is open to students of all levels.
