Enhance Your Yoga Practice, with Lerrita Rubinoff

In this workshop you will learn one of the most challenging elements of practising Yoga, integrating practical yoga wisdom and knowledge and how it directly connects to the physical practice. Learn to balance and create equanimity so you can live in harmony with your true Self. This workshop will guide you through inner and outer alignment to help you enhance your own practice, enriching your personal Yoga experience. As yoga practitioners, we can benefit from learning the wisdom of Yoga philosophy, which can be practised On and Off your mat. This workshop will cover Theory and Practise of Asanas, Pranayamas and Meditation. Open to all levels of students.

Developing a Spiritual Practice for Advent; How to keep a Cool Yule, with Owen Ash

The season leading up to Christmas is known as Advent. This time of year can be a hectic time of year when spiritual practices often fall by the wayside.

· Identify and articulate your physical, emotional and spiritual needs for this time of year

Kids Yoga on a PD Day, with Lisa Cipparone

Fri Nov 24th, 10:30am-12:30pm

Classes incorporate age appropriate kids yoga postures, brain gym activities, breathing exercises, cooperative yoga games, creative movement, meditation, relaxation, and simple visualization exercises in a fun, supportive, friendly environment. In this 2 hour class your child will learn playful relaxation techniques, and calming strategies. They will also gain improved balance, coordination, strength, cooperation skills and flexibility. These fun-filled energetic classes also include a craft and two healthy gluten and nut free snacks. Other PD days this fall: Sept 29th, Oct 27 (ages: 4-11, flexible)
