Erin completed yoga teacher training at Living Yoga & Health after exploring her own practice for a decade. She strives to create a safe space for students to explore their asanas and their breath, approaching the mat with a beginner’s mind every time. Erin knows how difficult listening to and respecting our bodies’ needs can be, and tries to foster a radical acceptance of what is. Before becoming a yoga teacher, Erin studied and worked in the field of nutrition and physiology. She believes that yoga can be incredibly transformative for mind and body and looks forward to the gift of sharing the journey with her students.
